All OVERNIGHT & TRAVEL APPOINTMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A 50% DEPOSIT. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. HOWEVER, IT WILL BE CREDITED TOWARD A FUTURE APPOINTMENT. FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS CANCELLEDATIONS REQUIRE PRIOR NOTIFICATION TO RECEIVE CREDIT.
